MA Celebration
Classes of 2013 and 2014

We are delighted to being now able to invite all alumni who matriculated in 2013 and 2014 to a very special evening to celebrate their MAs with friends and members of the College.

The event will be on Friday 11 March 2022, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, at the British Library. Join us for drinks, bowl food and a fun Cambridge-themed quiz prepared by the Johnian Society to test your knowledge. As a quiz isn’t the same without some competition, there will be prizes for the winners!

We’re delighted to be able to invite your cohort to get together, so please do spread the word and encourage your friends to come along as you can benefit from a group discount if you book together. You’ll be offered a free ticket when you book for a group of 5, meaning that you can get 5 tickets for the price of 4. Please just email us if you’d like to book group tickets and we’ll send you a separate booking link.

The evening has been designed to bring Johnians together while having fun in one of the most iconic libraries in the world. Please join us for a light-hearted celebration to mark the occasion!

Programme:

6.30pm-7.00pm: Check-in and welcome drinks.

7.00pm-7.15pm: Address by the Master of St John’s College, Mrs Heather Hancock (1984).

7.15pm-7.45pm: St John’s Challenge (quiz + prizes!), bowl food and drinks.

7.45pm-9.30pm: Networking.

Please note that the deadline to book for this event has now passed.

Information about MA congregations

Please note that this an informal event organised by the Development Office to celebrate your MA degree and not a replacement event of your MA ceremony in Senate House. If you have any questions about the MA ceremony, please visit this page or contact Student Services.

Coronavirus safety
