Annual Meeting 2022

The Master of St John’s College, Heather Hancock, and President of the Beaufort Society, the Lord Browne of Madingley, are delighted to invite you to this year’s Annual Meeting on Saturday 15 October. As always, this event is designed to recognise the generosity of your support for St John’s and we look forward to thanking you in person for your enduring commitment to the College.

Programme

12pm–1pm: Bubbly on arrival in the Central Hall, Old Divinity School. Welcome note from the Master, Heather Hancock (1984).

1pm–3pm: Lunch in Hall. Lunchtime guest speaker, Professor Jane Heal (1986), Emeritus Professor of Philosophy.

3.30pm–4.30pm: Afternoon activity in the Main Lecture Theatre. ‘The Human Overshoot’, lecture from Professor Sir Partha Dasgupta (1984).

4.30pm–5.30pm: Afternoon tea in the Master’s Lodge.

6.30pm-7.30pm: Evensong in the Chapel.
