LMBC Reunion 2025

We are delighted to invite former members of LMBC to a special Reunion Dinner in College on Saturday 13 September 2025. This year’s gathering is particularly significant as it takes place during LMBC’s Bicentenary, marking 200 years of our boat club’s proud history. We would be thrilled to welcome as many of you as possible to celebrate this remarkable milestone with us.

Drinks will be served from 7pm on the Paddock next to New Court Cloisters for dinner in Hall at 7.45pm.  Dress code for the evening is Scarlet/black tie or equivalent for dinner.

Due to high demand, please be aware that accommodation is now fully booked.

Upon arrival, table plans for the Dinner and room keys can be collected from the Northampton Street Porters’ Lodge. Parking will be available on the College Playing Fields off Queen’s Road.

This occasion is increasingly popular and it may be necessary for the us to maintain a reserve list.  The earlier you can respond, the better: please confirm your acceptance using the online booking form below by Friday 5 September.

The LMBC Bicentenary Campaign

During the Bicentenary of the LMBC in 2025, we’ll be raising £750,000 to secure a legacy of excellence for Maggie. So far, we have reached £430,000 of our goal, with the next £100,000 raised to be matched by Aubrey Adams (1967).

The boathouse was last renovated 25 years ago, and in recent years the LMBC has faced increasing pressure on its facilities. The aim of this renovation is to create a more functional, future-proofed boathouse that enhances athletic performance, supports year-round training and strengthens camaraderie among our teams.

If you are interested in supporting the LMBC Bicentenary Appeal, you can do so via the booking form below in the ‘additional donations’ section of the form. All donations will be directed to the boathouse renovation project.

*In light of high demand, we respectfully request that guests choose to attend either the Mays Boat Club Dinner or the LMBC Reunion Dinner, but not both*
