Johnian Society Day 2021

The Johnian Society is delighted to invite you to this year’s Johnian Society Day on Sunday 19 September in the Fellows’ Garden, St John’s College. It has been a long time since we’ve been able to celebrate our Johnian friendship together in College.

The day will be the perfect opportunity to reunite with fellow Johnians, their families and friends, while enjoying a delightful picnic lunch, refreshing drinks and live music in the Fellows’ Garden. Johnians can make use of the College Punts throughout the day, and there will be an exclusive tour of the College gardens during the afternoon.

For those bringing younger family members, they will have plenty of activities to do for the duration of the event along with a child-friendly picnic lunch.

More information about the event and entertainment will be announced over the summer, so please keep an eye on this page or on Johnian Hub for further details.

The deadline to book for this event has now passed.

Coronavirus safety

The College continues to prioritise keeping people safe and maintaining confidence in our risk management measures. We want you to have a good experience on site and our staff to remain confident working here. We will continue to monitor the risk and adapt our plans as needed.

We have planned this event to take place outdoors and have made plans for an under cover, but still outdoors, alternative in case of wet weather. We ask you therefore to come prepared for changeable weather.

The College reserves the right to amend its policies in response to the changing situation and to put in place appropriate measures to manage any risk to our community or the operation of the College. We will communicate this to attendees, as necessary.
